The Apache-2.0 schemas, decision contracts, runner and baseline tools are available for public inspection in the GitHub beta. Packages are not yet published to npm, so clone and build the workspace source. The investable layer is the verified configuration corpus, calibration history, private workflows and operations—not hidden formulas.
